At Day Strength, LLC, I combine personal grit with professional dedication to promote strength—both on the platform and beyond. After a 20+ year break from lifting, I reignited my passion for strength sports, stepping into the world of Strongman. Within a year, I’ve competed in major events across Texas and the US Strongman Nationals, with more challenges ahead including America’s Strongest Masters, America’s Strongest Veteran, the World Strength Games, and the Armlifting Super Series.
Day Strength isn’t just about me—it’s about the brands I represent, the events I support, and building a community that celebrates strength in all forms. Whether I’m lifting, promoting, or competing, I’m here to lead with authenticity and relentless drive.
